BIG scammers!!!
I got in an accident for the first time, and it’s not even my fault and my case is under investigation for the past 3 months.
Whenever I email my adjuster she keeps apologizing and saying that the case is still ongoing, I don’t even know until when and why it’s going on. They clearly told me to go pay for the storage fee, which doesn’t make any sense because I was not at fault, so I should not have to pay for anything.
I’m really disappointed with this auto insurance company, and I’d advise everyone DO NOT get insurance from this company, you’ll get scammed!!!!
