Their rates seem to be on par with other companies. No claims, so I have no complaints their. Their staff always seem confused by simple requests such as asking for a copy of my policy. Very high turnover with their staff so no "personal touch".

Have not compared rates with other companies. Haven't had a claim for many years, but the last claim was handled efficiently.
I was not contacted or advised regarding my claim, when I had an accident and only found out that the claim had been paid I phoned to see what the state of the claim was.

I have had only about two claims in over 20 years with this company. They have been very good when contacted about information, the claims have been handled quickly and efficiently.
