Other than having to do a stupid assessment thing where they take photos of my car because I was living in the city they have been pretty good
Response time with claims is a little slow by my experience.
Gore mutual made an error on my policy which created nothing but headaches for months after I cancelled it. Their 'customer service' has been an awful experience, and their accounts department feels very impersonal and unprofessional. Under no circumstance would I recommend this company to anyone except for my direct competitors. I recommend you avoid them at all costs.
