As the owner of a body shop for over 40 years, this has got to be the absolute worst experience I've had dealing with an insurance company. An adjuster who has an outdated voicemail message on his machine and doesn't return calls, an imaging desk you cannot reach because their mailbox is full, a claims department you cannot reach, and an operator who is not there and that mailbox is full as well. What a GONG SHOW!!! It's a pretty sad way to run a business.
