Stay away from this provider

Same as everybody else. Long wait times on the phone. Not sure if they ever read these reviews and follow up or make the necessary changes to resolve the issue.
I called a couple of other insurance companies and they were offering a ridiculously high premium. I called TD Insurance and they had a lovely agent who gave me an exceptionally low premium and her customer service skills were beyond exception. I would refer anybody who is seeking insurance, I'm glad I shopped before settling.
If you have a good driving record in AB, you should pay around $110/month (women - $105/month and men - $113/month). Do you overpay? Get an Alberta car insurance quote to start saving.
Called in at 7 pm Friday evening to inquire about windshield stone chip repair and whether it would affect my premium, I was transferred to 6 different reps and no one had a clear answer, I believe they use fake names but the last rep named Jeffery muted his phone twice for well over 30 seconds and did not even apologize. looks like they did not like me calling them on Friday just an hour before they close just ridiculous.
I have been with these crooks for last three years I guess it is time to switch especially when there is no difference on my premiums even after three accident/ticket free years.
My 20 year old son was paying $4400/year (without any claims); moved to another insurance company for $3200/year (with two speeding tickets on his record)! That's a huge difference. Also, they said if they cancelled his insurance (3 strikes you're out) they would cancel everyone else in the household who had insurance with them as well. My husband and I have been driving for over 30 years, no tickets or accidents! I dumped them last year after finding a $1000/year savings. Win-win for all.
Had a 0 percent responsible accident they raised my police $300.00 what is left to say
An auto claim for hail damage: Adjuster simply did not respond to calls and emails for 3 1/2 months. He gave partial information and misinformation that was then clarified by TD claims staff in phone calls. After numerous calls to TD I gave up in frustration and agreed to a lowball settlement just so I could get rid of them and move my business elsewhere. I was overcharged $500 on house insurance and then informed it would be another $1500 when I cancelled. After many calls I finally received a refund. Even if they give you a cheap quote, do yourself a favor and pay more elsewhere, you'll be thankful if you ever have a claim.
I receive a fair insurance quote for the age of my vehicle.
Other than original questions getting set up was easy and they were very clear about their expectations.

My vehicle wad destroyed in June by a hailstorm. Two months later I only got my car loss report and now 3 months later I’m still waiting for my cheque and nobody from TD can explain where it is. I wasn’t given the full vehicle replacement. The support is really really bad. My advisor is ignoring my calls and emails. People on the support line just say sorry a thousand times and can’t help with anything. The next step I’m prepping now is to reach out to insurance ombudsmen and to hire a lawyer. This is so frustrating.
