I have this car insurance for over a year, the payment amount went up by almost 100$ because of my ticket. There is no problem with that but the thing is every time I asked my broker something, she always texts me back late or sometimes never answered. She just calls when it comes to money, also during the pandemic I got laid off from work, I asked my broker if she can delay my payment because I don’t have work she refused that request because the company Aviva is a private company... Well, I’m gonna transfer to another car insurance... I don’t wanna waste my money with this company ever again.
