Don’t insure your car with them!

Aviva is the worst Insurance company, especially the adjuster! I had a claim, and they gave me such a hard time! They wanted my phone's records before they can release my total loss settlement!

Terrible services

No one paid attention to their clients neither the broker nor my claim advisor. My claim is resolved after almost 6 months and my broker never replied to me. They really provide terrible services.
