Worst service ever

My son hit a deer outside Oak Bank that happened on 12 November it is now 15 December the adjuster took her time on getting the claim advanced now being so lucky and privileged she has finally answered her phone and advised me that’s a check for his vehicle that he has been without for a month and will be another two weeks before he gets it right at Christmas time but nobody’s around...
Claim experience way worse than vandalism. Slashed tire and broken door glass. It was towed away and still waiting for the adjuster to look at it after 5 days. Anyone could adjust it with one quick look. Phoned them. On hold for nearly 2 hours. No answer and rude. No update on claim status. I phoned the tow truck company. Much more courteous. They told me what little they knew but were very courteous and empathetic. Cannot complain about customer service. They have none!!!

These people have had my truck for almost 6 months! No one answers the phone! It's a joke? Ready to report it stolen to the police
Argumentative, poor customer service, untrustworthy.
The value of our son's car (burned, electrical fire) was based on their best guess. We sent incomparable prices on the same type of vehicle. The adjuster was very unprofessional- we asked to speak with the manager/supervisor- she retorted we needed to deal with her. It’s been 2 1/2 months.
They hold you responsible when someone hit and runs your car and they've stolen my car for over 2 months at this point, forcing me to pay insurance on it and spend 2000 on rentals and rental insurance.
Trying to deal with a total loss claim and called my adjuster to ask questions (as per his email sent hours before). Found an out of office message. No ability to leave a voice-mail. When I contacted a member of his team for help they put me through to a supervisor who doesn't work before noon apparently! Or so I assume from his inability to answer or return a phone call before noon for over a week! We've been playing phone tag so long my adjustor will be back from vacation soon and my problem STILL isn't being handled! I'm absolutely blown away at how an experience that should have taken a few days has taken almost a month (from Aug14/20). Every time I have to deal with MPI, it takes an excruciatingly long time to do anything! It's sickening and inhumane that we are FORCED to use this corrupt organization! I hate giving them any of my hard-earned money knowing they won't help me when I need it most. What is the point in even calling it public insurance? They aren't there to help the public, just line their own pockets.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They took over a month two get my claim settled, even though it was a very obvious right off. They sent my check to a completely different MPI build that I had to find on my own because they had no clue where it was. It was a large sum of money that they had no clue where it was. They had my vehicle still registered to my ex, despite us having paper work saying it was switched. They address my GST check to my ex and not me, which was a massive hassle to deal with. This was one of the worst experiences with a company I have ever had.
