I had a very bad experience with Intact Insurance. They do not listen to their clients and their communication is terrible. I tried contacting them multiple times, left voicemails, and still received no response. The lack of professionalism and support caused me a lot of unnecessary stress. I regret choosing this company for my insurance needs. I do not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service.
