BC premiums have always been high. ICBC has been efficient and cooperative with us in resolving most claims in a timely, satisfactory manner. Claims and call centre personnel have always been polite and personable.

I had to go from person to person on the phone to get to the right person. I needed to justify why I was making an out of province claim, when I was on a holiday. I was questioned about my personal holiday and why I was making a 2nd claim out of province with-in 10 years. I got the impression I was not suppose to travel out of province to see my family.

I have a good experience claiming in the past in one instance but in another instance I have had the worst, so I don't know what to tell. I find some of the adjusters very rude and have no customer experience at all. It's actually very embarrassing. They have no empathy for people.
