Insurance in BC through ICBC is the highest in the country. They also have ruined my credit by not removing a mistake of my credit record that happened over 15yrs ago. They refuse to take it off, even though I fixed the mistake immediately

They were excellent to work with after my accident. Easy to speak with, quick to address any concerns.
When needing to make a claim the service was professional and efficient
The repair centre I used (ICBC-approved) was excellent. I cannot say enough about the quality of work they carried out on my behalf. And I have found the ICBC Claims Centre personnel to be professional, thorough and helpful.
I have always had a knowledgable person take care of me and my claim went very smooth and didn't take long at all to get satisfied.
I have had 2 claims and they were processed in a timely fashion.
Company has monopoly on basic insurance. Charge way too much for premiums. Tried to pay off fast at low amount on claims

customer service was mostly good with a few glitches a few times.Once I was most dismayed to only receive a few dollars for a ten day old car. that experience has left me feeling ripped off! the rates are mostly O.K. I can understand the rate of accidents here in B.C.
Although I have never had a claim they are after all, government, which means that when I have questions I have to be put through the never ending telephone push buttons to get to the person I want or hold on forever as they never answer directly
