They're not helpful at all and the staff is very rude. I wish we didn't have to use them.
Insurance in BC through ICBC is the highest in the country. They also have ruined my credit by not removing a mistake of my credit record that happened over 15yrs ago. They refuse to take it off, even though I fixed the mistake immediately
