Worst customer service experience.
Going to change my auto and home insurance!
I asked the customer service lady why my premium went up, she told me like I cannot explain to you, it consists thousands of factors....it does not make sense to me...
Wost experience
They reported a claim on my Equifax for 50k and when I reached out to find out what it was all about no one can answer me. Oh, and I don't have a policy with them!
I has an accident on the highway and the police officer said it is not my fault but the insurance didn’t listen to the police officer and they want me to pay the deductible
