I had a claim. They would not answer. I keep calling over and over again and got ahold of someone and told them they had that day to get me my rental or I would not be paying the month of my insurance. I got my rental then took forever to hear back from my adjuster which I did and said the same thing. I want to know what is going on with my car? How much you are paying me by the end of the week or once again I will not give you guy money for insurance and I will pay to make sure nothing bounces from my bank account.

The worst experience I have ever had in car insurance. I had to call 5 times for a claim and after 20 days my car is still not repaired. Definitely, I do not recommend this company at all.
