The worst insurance to deal with. Late and missing paperwork. Policy cancelations without any warnings! Hours of sitting on the phone with no help! Stay away!
Daughter had a hail claim submitted July 25, 2024 and has sent over 40 emails and left messages for the adjuster who just does not respond. My daughter called and asked for someone else to take over her claim, and they said they don't have anyone else. It is now Oct 9, 2024, and she is still waiting for an email or phone call. Ridiculous! Go with another company as I know my daughter will be shopping around after this.
Seems like they only work Monday to Friday and to reach out to an agent you have to keep holding for at least 45 minutes. If you have to call or report a claim on weekends or public holidays, then good luck. You won't be able to know what you should do. Because agents don't know anything. Once you have a contact with your claim advisor, the process will be smooth, but I feel like it is not worth money because when you really need information on what to do, there is no one with the right information available to answer your questions. I would definitely go with different insurance in the future.
Was involved in a hit and run. I submitted a claim, got a call - had to call much over 15 times over 3 weeks (once or twice a day) to finally get connected to someone: not even the person who had initially called me. Disappointed over all.
I was hit by another car while at a stop sign. I’ve never really have been injured before. Pembridge insurance adjuster has made my life so difficult. I do not receive responses nor do any of the health care providers ( physios, massage therapist, concussion clinic or eye Neurologist). There is constant barriers put up and delays.
I could never imagine my own insurance treating me like this. I have a care team willing to help me but there are such delays which has not allowed me to return back to work full time.
I am a public health care provider and I would never deny a patient care ever. I am made to feel like I’ve done something wrong.
I called main office requesting change of adjuster or at the very least someone return my call but no one has.
My colleagues and family are in disbelief.
The sales process was wonderful, but the claims handling was horrible.
In the four months, I hardly got an update without asking for it. Many unanswered phone calls and emails. Weeks between updates.
In the end, the settlement was very fair.
40 minutes on hold so far to cancel my insurance and can't seem to get through to do it.
I have to update my credit card information due to expire date. I have been waiting for 1 hour 18 min and nobody answered my waiting except recording the message "THANK YOU FOR CALLING ".

It takes forever for them to answer the phone! Always have to wait more then a hour and they use covid as an excuse. How pathetic...

I am experiencing the worst, irritating and painful situation created by Pembridge customer service, adjuster and total claim adviser.
My car had multiple vehicle collision on Dec 26, 2024, underwriter slept for 4 months, on Dec 11, we were informed that claim has been reassigned to total loss advisor, who is supposed to contact us. It is now 16th of Jan 2025, none of the person from Pembridge call us about claim despite multiple calls, texts and emails to total loss advisor.
So bad from Pembridge. Perhaps Pembridge don't value and respect their customers.
My very bad choice.
