I got pulled over by an OPP officer, he said my insurance had been terminated for 2 months...This was the first time I heard about it. After being with pembridge for years, they really let me down. They said, I didn't pay my January bill, and something was wrong with my banking information. No phone call. No personal email from the broker who dealt with my policy. Apparently the company sent a letter - I definitely did not get a letter. After a $400 tow, I am now facing up to a $7k fine, doubled rate of insurance for 3 years, and possibly a suspension of my license. Thanks a lot pembridge!
I've been chasing them for a call back for more than 2 weeks now and they never call back
Surprised they put me at fault for a car accident without calling me to get the full details of what happened.
