Very slow to respond and very costly, I had no claims for years but insurance went up every year.
Had a vehicle damaged on our property, they procrasinated on all aspects of the claim, until the one year mark, then refused to allow our car to be fixed properly, saying that they now need the antique car to be appraised before they would insure it again, no problem, we'll never deal with them again, didn't get the car repaired properly and they don't stand up for you. They waited and mailed out the denial letter the day before the one year period, didn't get it until after, so it was too late to fight. Lost out on being able to use my beautiful car.
