Who would want to pay full coverage for a junk old car just to scrap it a few months later and liability for a brand new vehicle that was just bought three years ago? I've got to made a claim to find out the shocking truth!!! Randy T. and Tony B. cowardly denied their mistake and sent me for a wild goose chase just to drag my claim and waste my time thinking that that I will give up after all and let it go as many others would do! I'll see them in court. I'll fight for it till the end. People beware!!! Please be very careful if you still with Allstate Thunder Bay. Check out every detail carefully. Don’t let them rip you off and laugh at us thinking we're all stupid.

Usually I don't care to write reviews but I felt I needed to make a special effort to warn consumers about the service at all... it's terrible I will not use this insurance company ever again this location is in Markham Allstate insurance, I have never missed a payment they took money from my account higher than my premium and will take forever or never refund you back your money. Please do not use this company I pursuing legal action I know it's a hastle but it's not fair honest business practices that they are conducting. The worst company I'v ever had to deal with in my life.

You are not in good hands, When a insured of theirs hit my new car about $3k in damage, they accepted liability for the claim and then 3 days later after they had mailed out a check for me and said there was no way to deny fault which I have recorded because of previous losses with this company (ALLSTATE) Then they tell me they have someone looking in to the claim and this person decides to not to go to work for a week and no one else can work on the claim. So now I have to drive a busted car that pulls and is wearing out the tire now they wont return phone calls and there is a witness and they say they have tried to contact them and he is not answering BS they are the worst insurance company on earth. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE TAKEN CARE OF IF SOMETHING HAPPENS DO NOT GO WITH ALLSTATE

They are cheaters. They committed me 40 dollars monthly discount on my car insurance when I bring home them to them. I purchased car insurance from them and after 6 months I ask for home insurance quote they quoted me double for home insurance and said now you are entitled for 40 discount.

Secondly they did not reimbursed me for damaged items during accident. I provided receipt but they said these items are not covered and items were my cell phone. They are cheaters.

It's a PATHETIC INSURANCE COMPANY, I request everybody please do not trust their wording, they are big liars, they play with their Wordings. Their Claim department is really PATHETIC. I had a really worst experience OF MY LIFE with ALLSTATE.

I had a no-fault accident. The guy who hit me from behind is also insured with Allstate. I am entitled to $1500 of loaner vehicle coverage. That comes to approximately 26 days rental vehicle (as per Allstate themselves). Allstate is denying to pay for my loaner vehicle for more than 17 days!! The worst part was the Adjuster was so abusive and made me feel as if I was cheating. It was insulting. If we take out weekends from 17 days, then what is left is 13 working days for body shop. There is hardly any body shop that repairs a damaged vehicle in 13 days guaranteed. I humbly requested her to consider my situation but just abuse from the other side...avoid Allstate if possible. My 2cents.

Do not use this company, do not use services of amateurs and speculators, they tack your time and money.

I switched to Allstate 1 year ago, the experience was outstanding and excellent customer service. We are 3 drivers and 2 vehicles at home, never have been involved in an accident or tickets of any kind. Now, I just received my renewal contract and I'm flabbergasted to see that Allstate rewards good drivers by increasing my monthly premium by $100. When I called the office (second time in 1 year), I found out that the lady that helped us is no longer there and the new lady started to ask me things like if I was new and requesting a quote. In the end, she said that the reason for the jump in monthly premium is because I need to insure my home as well to get that extra discount!!! The typical scam!!! They offer you good deals and then once there, they start draining your wallet!!! I sent an email to their customer care dept. Let's see what they reply back...

I signed up with Allstate because I was told how great the service is. I went in, got a great rate for a commercial vehicle usage and went on my merry way. A few months later my engine blows up and I call for service and roadside assistance. I get nothing! The car gets pulled off the road. Unfortunately soon after that I am in bed with a very painful herniated disc which is non related. Allstate calls and ask what's going on and I explained my circumstance. My insurance premium and credit gets destroyed, Literally the next day.
To recap: they didn't cover anything! Shop elsewhere and save the trouble because this company is slimy.

Increased my rate after renewing my policy and no one would try to assist me after I wanted to cancel my policy.
