Does anyone actually work here anymore? No responses to emails, phone calls or voicemails. The worst company to deal with. This has caused a lot of stress and anxiety when a simple response could have resolved many issues. Miserable service.
I have a car claim with no answer from for over a month! I’m on hold for hours. No one calls back. Don’t even consider Allstate insurance if you don’t want to be left with no answer, no car and no money, choose different insurance.

After being on call waiting for 41 minutes. Message was due to heavy call volume, we might not be able to help you. You may call us back during business hours tomorrow.
You could be the best insurance company in the world but if customers has to wait 40 minutes and over on a call, I would say your customer service is the worst than the so-called 3rd world countries.
I have auto and home insurance with All states. When I call the line no one responds to my call, I have to wait 30 plus minutes, and then I have to give up on wait time and call again. No one picks up call ever. It brings stress in customers who are trying to get hold of agents.
I hope they can make efforts to timely respond to customers calls. The agents don’t even respond to emails ever. It’s frustrating when we pay them in timely manner.
Allstate insurance is next to impossible to contact in my area. I have called several times and have been on hold for as long as 30 minutes before giving up. I sent email to cancel a policy, received an auto reply stating they would contact me within 5 business days...still no response 9 days later. Customer service has been a nightmare!! Thank god, I did not have to contact them regarding a claim! All policies now finally cancelled and will never contact them again even for a quote!
Very Bad customer service. Call on hold for two hours

I had a car accident on Feb 10th, 2024 and I was told that adjuster from All state insurance will give you a call/email back within 5 days to discuss the claim. However, it's more than three weeks and I haven't received any call or email from this insurance company. It seems like they don't know how to run their business and deal with customer who are already in stress after the accident. When you increase the insurance premium every year due to factors (inflation, number of claims reported, etc), a customer is expected from insurance company to resolve the issues promptly rather than we call them and ask what happened to the claim. This is a terrible company to deal especially for car insurance - don't go with cheap rates and save money and deal like me if anything happened. I wouldn't recommend anyone in future to deal with this company for any kind of services.
I recently had a disappointing experience with Allstate Insurance. Despite being a loyal customer, I encountered unwarranted price hikes with no room for negotiation when I reached out to discuss rates. The customer service wait times were exorbitant when calling, and when I finally connected with an agent, I was met with inflexibility and a suggestion to switch to a cheaper option elsewhere. It's disheartening to see a lack of respect for loyal customers and a disregard for fair pricing practices. As a result, I've decided to take my business elsewhere, as it's evident that Allstate Insurance prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction.
They are absolutely the worst insurance company. So glad i left them.
1) They literally stole from me and acted like it was no big deal that they were charging me the wrong amount.
2) my bank account got compromised and instead of reminding me that my last payment didn’t go through Because i had changed my card, they added more fees and took HUGE amounts of money to restore my insurance.
Trust me and avoid at all costs. Their average wait time for any help is approximately an hour.

Tried to reach nine (9) different numbers at both local agency and main service office. Waited between 7-12 minutes on EACH call, listening to the same message about how important my call was to them. Gave up in disgust. Cant understand how they can stay in business with such TERRIBLE customer service. DISGUSTING insult to customers.
